Under Member Search you can find users that are already part of the Biz2Biz community. When you find someone that you want to make a connection with, check out their profile.  Under their picture there will be the "Add as Connection" link. 

Once you add as a connection, you can send a message along with your friend request. 

You can see the requests you have sent under the "Request Sent" menu under the "Connections" tab.  Once these users have approved your request, you will have officially made a new connection. 

Adding a new connection will earn you 5 User Points!
